Dear Neighbor,
You know, plumbers don’t have the best reputation. I’m sure you have a story about dirty footprints on your new carpet, a drip that wasn’t fixed properly, a whopping bill for a seemingly simple repair, or a plumber that left you waiting all day and never showed up.
As in all businesses and professions, we have some bad apples. Some plumbers are unethical, some engage in misleading advertising or make false promises, and these plumbers cast a dark shadow over our entire industry.
We’re out to change that!
Plumbers fall into three categories:
- Reputable brand-name companies who follow a strict code of ethics, provide quality product and services, and stand behind their work with a guarantee
- The local plumber who has built a reputation for good service over years of quality work (We’re in this category)
- The fly-by-night operator who seems fine at first but ends up not being completely honest about his qualifications or the work he’s doing
So how do you separate the first two from the last?
The old saying is really true... “You get what you pay for.” This is especially true in the plumbing business.
If you want quality installations and repairs, then deal with the plumber that gives you the best overall value... NOT just the lowest price.
It is impossible for any company in any industry to offer the cheapest price, have the highest quality, and provide the best service all at the same time.
In plumbing – as in any business – the highest quality results and products cost more... but not nearly as much as having shoddy work fixed that wasn’t done right the first time. Price is important. But price should not be more important than good quality and good service.
Total Value is all three. Quality, Service, and Price!
Listen to what one client said about us:
Contrary to what a lot of people think, plumbing is not just banging on the pipes, changing filters or unclogging drains. It takes craftsmanship to turn out quality work. Technological advances in the last 20 to 30 years mean that plumbers have to diagnose, measure and perform complicated calculations before they can start a job. And they need the right equipment to do the job properly.
We have invested in the equipment and training to work on modern plumbing equipment and fixtures. At the same time, we’ve been in this business long enough to know how to work on black pipe and older systems. You can rest assured that we are competent and knowledgeable, and you can trust us to perform the highest quality installations and repairs in your home or business.
Lastly, we stand behind our work with our “Iron Clad” guarantee. We believe that any plumber that doesn’t guarantee their work doesn’t deserve your trust.
